Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept unopened beauty products within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. To return, please email us at info@k-sense.shop with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. K-Sense shop is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there’s little time to make adjustments or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@k-sense.shop within 12 hours of placing your order with the order number and the subject line as "Cancellation". We cannot make adjustments once the order is shipped.
